5 Round Friday Morning HIIT Workout – Annihilator

So every week at the gym I train at, there’s a “workout of the week”. I don’t think there has been a week where I finish this workout with an ounce of energy left. This week was no different. I managed to sweat through this in just over 25 minutes, the fittest in the gym got it done in around 18.5 minutes. What can you do?

30 Butterfly Situps
