Posting this a little late as it was yesterday mornings Workout! I feel like I repeat myself pretty much every morning when I type this out but boy was this a burner. 30 minutes of pure pain! Especially in the second round. I used the rower to recover and tried to limit my time between sets for the rest. That was the plan anyway and what HIIT workout ever goes to plan.
My time was 30 minutes and 50 seconds, I’m sure you can one-up me

20 kettlebell swings (20kg)
10 goblet squats (20kg kettlebell)
20 overhead walking lunges (10kg plate)
10 overhead walking lunges
20 goblet squats
10 kettlebell swings
